The IPTV subscription is used through an app on your device.
Getting started
- After activation, check your email for the service details.
- Install an app from the App and compatible devices section.
- Enter the username, password and, if required, the service DNS/Server.
- Open the live TV, movies, or series section and choose the content.

Log in to your customer area → My services → open the subscription. Here you will find the username, password, and DNS/Server address to use. These are not the login credentials for the website.

Duration and renewal
You can choose 1, 3, 6 + 1 or 12 + 2 months for eligible plans. Bonus months are applied automatically. At expiry, you can renew by paying the service invoice.
One connection means one device being used for viewing at a time. If you want to watch on 2 or 3 devices simultaneously, choose a Multivision plan.
Website account and subscription: they are two different logins
The portal email and password are used for orders, invoices, and support. The subscription username and password are used in the IPTV app. Do not enter the portal password in the app.
You can use the service on a compatible device with a stable Internet connection, without a satellite dish or receiver. At expiry, you can decide whether to renew, with no binding contract.
