The number of connections indicates how many devices can watch at the same time.
Choose according to your needs
- 1 connection: one device watching at a time.
- 2 connections: two devices at the same time.
- 3 connections: three devices at the same time.
You can install the app on multiple devices, but you must not exceed the number of simultaneous streams included in your plan. Multivision plans include FHD + 4K.
To increase or reduce the connections, use the configurator for upgrades and downgrades. Exceeding the limit or unauthorized sharing of the line may cause blocks or suspension.
