If some channels work and others do not, first check whether the issue concerns a specific event or a group of channels.
- Try two or three other channels. If they work, the general connection to the service is active.
- Channels dedicated to events may only be available during the transmission.
- Close and reopen the app, then update the list if the app has this function.
- If you suspect a provider block, activate the VPN in the official Galaxy IPTV apps.
If you still need help
Open a support ticket indicating the device, the app name, and the error message. You may attach a screenshot. Do not send passwords or verification codes.
Additional checks before contacting us
Check the network
Run a speed test from the same network as the IPTV device on fast.com. As an initial reference, check that you have at least 15–20 Mbps consistently; higher quality may require more bandwidth. If the connection is unstable, try the Ethernet cable.
Distinguish an event channel from a general fault
A channel dedicated to a match or an event may show a black screen outside the transmission time. If the other channels work, do not delete the account in the app right away.
Check for any maintenance
If a specific channel is temporarily unavailable, try again later. If the problem continues, please let us know the exact name, date, and time. For network DNS, please consult the dedicated guide.
