DNS helps the device find the addresses of Internet services. It is not the same DNS/Server field to enter in the IPTV app.

Changing the network DNS
- Open the device network settings or the modem management page. Menus vary depending on the model.
- Write down the current configuration, so you can restore it.
- Select manual DNS and enter, for example, 8.8.8.8 as primary and 8.8.4.4 as secondary.
- Save, restart the device and try again.
