The subscription credentials are different from those of the customerportal website.
- Open the service in your customer area and copy the service username and password.
- Do not add spaces at the beginning or the end. Respect uppercase, lowercase, and numbers.
- Check the similar characters: uppercase I, lowercase l, and number 1.
- If the app requires DNS/Server, use the one shown in the service.
- If the error persists, tell us the app name and the error message, without sending the password.
Access the your customer area → My services → open the subscription. Here you will find the username, password, and DNS/Server address to use. These are not the login credentials for the website.
If the operator blocks access, use the built-in VPN in the official Galaxy IPTV apps. To configure the network DNS, consult the DNS guide.
If you still need help
Open a support ticket indicating the device, the app name, and the error message. You may attach a screenshot. Do not send passwords or verification codes.
If the data is correct but access still fails
Try an alternative compatible app
This check helps determine whether the problem concerns the app or the service. Always use the data from the same subscription and close playback on the other devices.
Check the modem settings
Some modems have functions called secure DNS or browsing filters. Do not change parameters at random: note the current configuration and consult the DNS guide. For Vodafone, there is also the illustrated Vodafone Station guide.
Request a credentials check
If all checks fail, open a ticket: the staff will verify the service and assess whether it is necessary to regenerate the credentials. Do not make a new purchase to solve a login error.
