Installation and access

  1. Download and install the app

    Open the download link on the Mac, wait for it to finish, and open the mac.dmg file. Complete the installation by following the instructions shown, then launch the app.

  2. Enter username and password

    Copy the credentials received in the activation email or available in Customer Area → My services → your subscription. Enter the username in the Username field and the password in the Password field, without extra spaces. These are not the email and password used to log in to the website.

  3. Access the content

    Confirm access and wait for loading. Choose Live TV, Movies or TV Series. In the app, you do not need to fill in Anyname, URL or DNS, and you must not choose the Xtream Codes API mode.

The VPN is included in the official app for Mac. If you cannot access it, first check that the subscription is active and that the username and password have been copied correctly.
