Compatibility

Look for the app in the LG Content Store: availability depends on the TV model and the store country.

After installation

Use the credentials already available on the service page and in the activation email.

⚠️ Important

  • The apps are only tools to access IPTV content.
  • They are not developed by us.
  • Any payment must be made to the app developers.
  • Your IPTV subscription covers only the content, not the app.
Where to find the service data
Access your customer area → My services → open the subscription. Here you will find the username, password, and DNS/Server address to use. They are not the login credentials for the site.

Add your playlist: choose your app

Open the customer area → My services → your IPTV subscription. Copy the full M3U playlist URL, if available. This is not just the DNS address: it also contains your subscription details. If you cannot find it, ask support. Keep the URL private and never give the app provider your website login credentials.

Open your customer area

Install and open the TV app first. On your phone or computer use the website or QR shown by that exact app: similar names can belong to different developers. The app licence is separate from your IPTV subscription. Check the current official price before paying.

IBO Player

  1. Open the TV app and note its MAC Address and Device Key, not the MAC in the TV’s system settings.

  2. Open the website shown on the TV and sign in to playlist management using that MAC and Device Key.

  3. Add a playlist name and paste the full M3U URL. If using Xtream/Server fields instead, enter the service DNS/server, username and password separately. Save and restart the TV app.

Open the official portal — IBO Player

Duplecast

  1. Open Duplecast and note Device ID and Device Key, or scan its QR code.

  2. Open Duplecast device management, enter those codes and add a playlist. They are not your Duplecast account login.

  3. Name the playlist and paste the M3U URL, or complete the service fields if choosing Xtream. Save, then refresh or reopen the TV app.

Open the official portal — Duplecast

SmartOne IPTV

  1. Open the TV app and note its MAC. Open Upload Playlist on the official website.

  2. For M3U, enter MAC, playlist name and full URL. For Xtream Server Info, enter server, port if requested, username and password in separate fields.

  3. Submit, then close and reopen SmartOne. Do not register this app MAC as a MAG device on your subscription.

Open the official portal — SmartOne IPTV

Nanomid Player

  1. Open Nanomid and press the remote’s green button to display the OTP. Follow on-screen instructions if your remote has no coloured buttons.

  2. Open Manage your app on the Nanomid website. Enter a playlist title, the full M3U URL in URL, and the TV’s OTP. Select Add playlist.

  3. Return to the TV and select the playlist. Generate a fresh OTP if it expires. This form needs a URL, not a file upload or separate username/password.

Open the official portal — Nanomid Player

Bay IPTV / BAYTV

  1. Note the MAC displayed inside the TV app and open the official playlist portal on your phone or computer.

  2. Enter MAC, playlist name and full URL in M3U Playlist; complete any verification and select Send.

  3. Refresh or reopen the TV app. Do not use Reset merely to add a list: it may remove existing settings.

Open the official portal — Bay IPTV / BAYTV

HOTIPTV / HOTPlayer

  1. Use the website or QR displayed by your exact TV app, not a site for a similarly named app.

  2. If it specifies hotplayer.app, open Upload Playlist there and enter its MAC. Add the full M3U URL or, for Xtream, the service credentials in separate fields.

  3. Save and reopen the app. If HOTIPTV shows another website, ask support before entering details or paying. Do not assume HOTIPTV and HOTPlayer are the same app.

Empty playlist or an error? Check that you copied the complete URL without spaces and your service is active. For help, send a ticket with app name, TV model and an error screenshot. Keep passwords and M3U URLs private. MAG uses its own portal instructions, not M3U playlist setup.
