Set up your subscription in a few steps. The price updates according to your choices.
- Open the IPTV subscription configurator.
- Choose the number of connections: this indicates how many devices can watch at the same time.
- Choose HD or FHD + 4K and the desired duration.
- Choose the country preset, whether to include live channels from around the world and adult content.
- If you want to choose and arrange the packages manually, enable Customize your list.
- If you use an app directly on an older TV, you can exclude TV series to make the list lighter.
- If you have a MAG, open the MAG options and enter the device MAC Address. Otherwise leave this option blank.
- Check the summary and add to cart. Log in to your account or complete registration with the required details and a valid email.
- Choose the payment method available at checkout: card/PayPal through partner provider, cryptocurrencies, or the procedure indicated for bank transfer and Azteco or Bitsa vouchers.
Activation and bonus months
Automatic payments activate the service immediately upon payment confirmation. For bank transfer and other payments that require a receipt, send the receipt by ticket: the staff will proceed with activation immediately. Final verification of the credit may take up to 72 hours, without delaying activation.
For eligible plans, the 6 + 1 and 12 + 2 month bonuses are applied automatically after payment confirmation. The actual service expiration shows the duration including the bonus.
Access your customer area → My services → open the subscription. Here you will find the username, password and DNS/Server address to use. These are not the website login credentials.

After purchase: what to do in practice
Check order and invoice
Adding a product to the cart or confirming the order does not mean paying for it. Open the related invoice and follow the instructions for the chosen method. If you have already paid, do not create a second order.
Retrieve the subscription details
After activation, check the email and the service page in the customer area. The subscription username and password are different from the website login. If you cannot find the email, also check Spam/Junk mail.
Install the correct app
Choose your device guide in the Compatible apps and devices section. Official apps and generic apps may ask for different fields: follow the specific guide.
Start watching
Enter the data requested by the app and wait for the list to load. If you use a MAG, follow the configuration with the MAC and the portal link of your service. In case of an error, tell us the device, app and message shown.
