We accept payments with card and PayPal through the partner provider available from the invoice. Payment details must be entered only on the provider’s page, never in a ticket.
- Log in to your customer area and open the invoice.
- Select the card/PayPal method and open the payment process.
- Choose card or PayPal among the options available in the provider.
- Check the amount, any fees, and the required details. Complete the verifications required by the provider.
- Follow the instructions shown: if a crypto address is requested, copy the one from the correct invoice.
- After completion, return to the invoice. The service is activated immediately upon payment confirmation.
Other methods
Cryptocurrencies, bank transfer according to the staff’s instructions, and Azteco and Bitsa vouchersare also available. Before purchasing a voucher, request the instructions via ticket. Bitnovo is not accepted.
The crypto discount is 5% and is applied on the invoice with the suitable method.
If you prefer another method
For bank transfer, open a ticket and request the updated instructions before making the transfer. For vouchers, use only Azteco or Bitsa and follow the procedure linked to the invoice.
