Reseller or subreseller: which should I choose?
A reseller creates and manages IPTV subscriptions. A subreseller can also create reseller panels: choose this to manage a network of resellers.
Is the displayed price monthly?
No. This is a one-time purchase of a panel with the displayed initial credits. It is not a monthly panel subscription. Later top-ups are separate purchases.
How many subscriptions can I create with these credits?
It depends on the duration and configuration of the lines you create. One credit does not necessarily equal one subscription: check consumption in the panel before activating a line.
Can I add credits later?
Yes. Open Credit top-ups, enter your panel username and choose a package. If that username matches multiple panels, you will be asked which one to top up.
Can I buy another panel if I already have an active one?
No. The portal does not allow a second panel order while you have an active panel. Use credit top-ups to increase its balance.
Where do I find access after purchase?
After payment and activation, open the service in your client area to find the username, panel links and available credits. Support is available via live chat and tickets.
