You can change the quality, number of connections, and cycle of your subscription from your customer area.
- Go to the list of your services and open the active subscription.
- Choose Upgrade/Downgrade or the plan change button available on the service page.
- In the configurator, choose HD or FHD + 4K, the number of connections, and the desired duration/cycle, among the available options.
- Read the summary: check the current configuration, the new configuration, and the amount to pay.
- Confirm and pay any invoice. The system will apply the change according to the summary.
Switching from 1 month to 3 months changes the billing cycle: it does not mean automatically purchasing another 3 months to add to the expiration date. To extend the subscription, use the renewal.
Any price difference is calculated by the portal. For a downgrade, do not assume an automatic refund: always check what is shown before confirming.

Open a support ticket indicating the device, the app name, and the error message. You may attach a screenshot. Do not send passwords or verification codes.
Examples to understand the change
From HD to FHD + 4K changes the available quality. From 1 to 2 or 3 connections changes how many streams you can start at the same time. From 1 to 3 months changes the plan cycle; it does not automatically add three months to the expiration date.
Before confirming, read the amount calculated by the portal, which takes into account the service and the period involved. If an invoice is issued, the change is applied after payment confirmation; if you have doubts about the summary, you can ask for assistance before paying.
